With this new support tool we can establish a secure On-Line session directly with you, our client, and connect your computer with our Support Center. Through that connection, at your request we can see exactly what is happening on your computer screen and, if you wish, we can temporarily operate your computer remotely, so that we expedite resolution of your problem through direct, on-line collaberation.
The process is simple, quick, and secure. You simply complete the steps below:
- Contact us directly via telephone
- After we have discussed your issue, and have determined that On-line support is required, click the button below to initiate the connection process
- You will be asked to enter your name and company (there is no cost for the service)
- Once connected, we can continue our telephone conversation while we resolve your issue through a computer-to-computer connection! It's that simple.
